Need assistance to retrieve my activation key

Hi,

I hope this is right place to ask for support.

I have followed the following guide to retrieve my activation key : https://kb.parallels.com/en/115424#... order confirmation,be located inside the box.

I would need assistance in order to obtain the actual key and maybe associate it with this email address so I can retrieve it easily next time. I would also like to know if this key can be used for Parallels 18.
