Need Emergency Activation Key

We have just upgraded our two servers from Application Server Load Balancer v6.1 to V7.1 (build 660) and the activation keys have failed, redundancy is off and printing is off, only 3 desktops available - it now thinks its a demo !

Where can we get emergency activation keys from ?

Our dealers come back on line soon & we really need some help.

Phew...

Have uninstalled 7.1 and re-installed 6.28 - all works fine now.

Guys, the warnings that upgrading would disable all our production servers and bring hundreds of businesses to their knees and that there is no help available at the weekend should have been made much more obvious !

We will be really careful before we upgrade again & have turned off all the automatic upgrade notification checkboxes.

There is a clear warning to ensure that you have an upgrade insurance, I would upgrade to the latest version ;)
