Need Help: Cannot activation for New Mac, too

    Hello @DeanM5
    It looks like you have purchased an upgrade key, which requires an older version of Parallels Desktop in order to upgrade to the latest version.
    We have processed a refund for the upgrade key you purchased, and we suggest you to purchase a full license key.

    Hello,
    My Parallels desktop 16 standard edition is not installing on a new Mac as it says I have reached its activation limit, can the licence please be deactivated from other machines
