Need help recovering Paralles / Windows XP

Please help if you can. I recently had my hdd crash and I had to get a new one. I have an intel imac w/ 500 gb., snow leopard. Before the crash the parallels didn't really work well and was used rarely. I am installing a trial of parallels 7 just to get me by, but is there a way that I can get my "KEY", 25 characters, to validate? My key is from version 3 or 4?

I am not very savvy with the tech terms so please be gentle.

PD 3 doesn't work on Snow Leopard, but 4 does.
I suggest you to contact Customer Service - call the hot line which you can find here www.parallels.com/support/
they will help you with the key.
You can download appropriate PD version from http://kb.parallels.com/en/5802
