Need Help With Activation

Hi,

I have been using Parallels since last year, and my license got renewed automaticcally, and my credit card was charged, but I have an issue accessing Parallel and it asks me to purchase the product. I couldn't retrive my purchase, could you please help me?

You will need to acquire a separate license for Windows 11 Pro if you do not already have one. A unique license is required for each instance of Windows 11 Pro that you are running, either on a hardware or in a virtual machine. You can buy a license from the Microsoft Store or purchase one through retail.`
