I need the invoices of my subscriptions to parallels, what number in Spain can I call to request them?

Hi there Paul.

I really appreciate your help, what i need to include in the order invoice is my DNI (ID card of Spain) because when i registered my lincenses i put my DNI but the system shows me an error message (in red becasue of bad format) so i sign up without any ID card, and now my tax advisor needs the invoice with the ID card for the goverment.
Could you please give me the email subjet so i can search for it.

PD: i'm going to buy another license this evening so i will try again with this new one and i hope it works
