Need some help with my activation key in parallel 13

Hi,
Just renew a subscription, but now Parallel says I need an old key, but the one I have the server says is not valid.
What are my options? Must I buy a new key? If so, I lost the money on this subscription upgrade?
Any help please!!!

Hello @JoseF5, please click on two red lines(on the Mac menu bar) > Account & Licensing > Enter a key > Now enter your license key and check if this works. Thanks, Meena.
