Need support. I cannot register my Parallels Desktop for Mac key. This key is already registered.

    I purchased a Mac key for developer on my team that has left. I need to transfer the key back to my account. How do I do this? I've spent 30 minutes looking everyone for Parallels Support contact info.

    Hello! Please, need help! How can I contact Parallels team directly? There's no way to do this under My Account in Parallels website.

    I tried to create a new ticket after logging in. I can't create ticket because clicking on New Ticket redirects me to support page.
    I tried to ask for help here in this forum. No one is responding.
    I tried to call the support phone directly. Automated message tells me I need a ticket, which I can't create from your support website. Message tells me to go to support website.
    This is an infinite loop of poor support! Please help!!!! I am getting frustrated.

    I bought a key. It got assigned to another user. I want it assigned back. Please, how do I get in touch with someone who can help???
