Need the OS back on my PC

I have a Macbook Pro that I setup Parallels on and transferred the OS from my PC onto. That PC's hard drive has since crashed. Does Parallels Transporter work in the opposite direction, i.e. move the Windows OS from the Mac to the PC?

You can move it as virtual machine, not as original OS.

no you cannot transfer your VM to PC. YOu can just copy your files from VM to any external drive and paste it on your PC.
