need to start windows setup using the original setup CD-ROM

recieved a message saying windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt:
\windows\inf\biosinfo.inf

It says I can attempt to repair this file by starting windows Setup using the original setup CD-Rom, then select 'R' at the first screen to start repair.

Problem is I can't figure out how to start windows from the cd using parallels.

Any help?
