Need to transfer Parallels license to new iMac; old machine is gone

I installed Parallels Desktop 13 on an iMac. Unfortunately the iMac failed due to a hardware issue, and I returned it to Apple. I have the replacement machine and want to reinstall Parallels Desktop 13. However I don't have the old machine to deactivate the license installed before the machine failed...

Hi JohnB45. We have made the necessary changes to the Parallels Desktop 13 for Mac license key. Please try to install and activate on the new Mac and it should work.
