Need very basic info: What is included in Parallels Desktop 8 for Mac?

For the life of me, I cannot find what is included in Parallels Desktop 8 for Mac.
Specifically, I want to know if it includes Transporter or I have to buy that separately.
And where do I get this "Parallels USB Cable"? Is it really just a standard USB?

never mind. found user guide, which seems to suggest you can download Transporter free if you buy parallels.
