Need windows product key and can't register parallel key

I have 2 macs i'm trying to run parallels on. I have purchased 2 different licenses, 1 for each computer. after i got the 2nd computer, when i logged in, it won't lt me register the license. It says it's registered to a different account. I think the issue might be i purchased both licenses to the same email address, but not sure. I thought i could go into my account and look at the registration information and get the windows key. Unfortunately i can't look at it due to this issue.

The main issue on both of my Mac's in parallels it says i need to enter the windows activation key. I can't view any information in my account because all i get is, it's registered to a different account. I tried on both computers, with both licenses and i get the same flag. Parallels is active on each, just need the windows product key.

Can someone help me.

Hello @catherinec2 ,Please be informed that the Parallels Desktop for Mac does not come with Windows license key, Kindly refer to this link - https://kb.parallels.com/9003 for the same. To activate the Window Virtual Machine, please purchase the Windows license key separately from Microsoft.If you already have a Windows license key, then contact the Microsoft support for the activation issue.
