Needing a refund on an auto-renewal subscription

Hi - I would LOVE some help figuring out what to do in order to get a full refund on my parallels subscription. It auto-renewed without my knowledge and I no longer use the application at all due to not enough storage on my mac, and my job is no longer paying for it. Would appreciate any help I can get on figuring out how to get a refund. It is still pending on my credit card account, so not sure if that helps. Thanks
