I am trying to activate my Parallels Desktop 9 license. After installing PD on my machine, I entered in my Product Key. Despite my good internet connection, I was taken to a page saying "PD cannot connect to the Internet in order to complete your product activation" and displaying an activation ID to either pasted into a webpage (http://activatepd.parallels.com) or email to activatepd@parallels.com in order to obtain a confirmation code to complete the installation process.
For the last six days, whenever I try accessing the link for the webpage I receive the error message: "Not Found | The requested URL /pdfm9/ was not found on this server. | Apache/2.2.3 (CentOS) Server at activatepd.parallels.com Port 443"

When emailing the aforementioned address with my activation ID, I received the following reply:

There's no firewalls, proxy, anti-virus software etc.

How can I activate PD9?
