I am evaluating Parallels Desktop for Mac and I created a VM from a Catalina.iso (Mac OSX as guest) and it has apparently worked well.
But when I tried to create an Android Emulator in guest machine, it showed an error message about Intel VT-x virtualization not available.
So I noticed the Mac OS machine does not have this option (nested virtualization), only the Windows guest machine has this option.
I attached two images that shows the difference.
How can I run a nested virtualization in MAC OS X Catalina guest ?
