Nested Virtualization Windows 11 on Mac Pro M5

I'm new to Parallels on my Macbook Pro M5, but I purchased this product reading that it offers better performance and capabilities than VMware Fusion. I'm unable to enable nested virtualization as I'm attempting to utilize Docker Desktop on my Windows 11 installation. When attempting to find the Nested Virtualization checkbox on the Hardware - CPU & Memory section. I only see Adaptive Hypervisor under the Advanced options. Please help
