Network connection problem

Hello everyone, i have a problem with my network on parallels, Mac is fine. Actually parallels network was working fine about a month ago but when i tried it today i couldn't get a connection and i have no idea when this happened.

I updated to the latest version of parallels Version 11.1.3 (32521) but still the same issue.

Here is a picture of my network and sharing centre.
it seems like windows cannot detect the Mac OS network

any help would be appreciated

Update:

I have reinstalled Parallels Desktop but the network problem persists

Please have a look at the picture below, is there anything missing in the Network 1?
Should there be a connected box to tick?

UPDATE

1) Reinstall Parallels Tools

DONE this, problem persists

2) Check and adjust the virtual machine configuration:
  • 2.1. Network adapter status and existence:
  • Go to Configuration > Hardware > Network 1 and verify the "Connected" checkbox is marked for this network adapter.
Where is the connected text box? I can't find it. Please see picture below

  • 2.2. Check to see which networking mode is selected, Shared or Bridged. Try switching between the two, then switching back.

I have tried all different types of bridged networks and then switched back to the shared network, PROBLEM PERSISTS


  • 2.3. Go to the General tab and verify that the operating system matches the OS currently installed in your virtual machine (it may have changed after you upgraded the operating system inside your virtual machine).

I HAVE CHECKED THIS AND THE OPERATING SYSTEM MACHES THE ONE INSTALLED

3. Check the network adapter:

4. Disable firewall and antivirus software:

I have disabled both Mac and Windows firewalls....i do not have antivirus - PROBLEM PERSISTS

5. Restore Parallels Desktop network settings:

  • In the Parallels Desktop menu, go to Parallels Desktop > Preferences > Advanced > Networking and select "Restore Defaults".

WHERE IS THE NETWORKING TAB, I CANT FIND IT, ITS NOT IN THE ADVANCED SECTION PLEASE SEE PICTURE BELOW

6. Troubleshooting using Command Prompt:

6.1. Check the IPs and default gateway:

In the black Command Prompt window, type the following command:
ipconfig /all

THIS IS WHAT I GET WHEN I TYPE THE COMMAND ABOVE, CAN SOMEONE CHECK THIS FOR ME? I AM USING A SHARED NETWORK

6.2. Try to ping any Parallels server, by entering the following command:

ping parallels.com

I ENTER THE ABOVE COMMAND AND THIS IS THE WARNING MESSAGE I RECEIVE

AFTER I CLICK OK TWICE THIS IS THE MESSAGE I GET IN THE CMD

6.3. Try pinging via IP address:

ping 64.131.89.6

I ENTER THE ABOVE COMMAND AND THIS IS WHAT I GET

6.4 try to reset the Windows TCP/IP protocol with the following commands:

netsh winsock reset

I WRITE THE COMMAND ABOVE AND THIS IS WHAT I GET

I WRITE THE second COMMAND ABOVE AND THIS IS WHAT I GET

Never mind, i couldn't wait, i have deleted the virtual machine, reinstall parallels and everything is fine now
