Network driver problem

I have been having a network problem for the last 5 days. Normally I always have been able to access internet on Windows. But now I can't. I tried everything restart windows, macosx, parallels tools network driver (disable then enable again).
before you ask yes internet is working on OSX

I don't know what to do any more.

I would really appreciate some help.

Note:
I run parallels 5584 and Mac osx 10.4.11

Confirming the same problem, no DHCP when trying to get a shared network connection. Setting the adapter manually to en1 Airport does not improve the problem, Vista does not find any network in build 5584 and 10.5.2.
