I have still the same issue and nothing helps. Seriously nobody can help us?

Still have same issue with Parallels 16.5 and MacBook Air. When it will be solved?

 

The same issue happens occasionally for me and is always fixed by a restart.

 

I had the same issue, and no restart was able to fix it. But I tried the solution provided by Khorém in https://forum.parallels.com/threads...itialization-failed.351463/page-6#post-885409, and that fixed it. It has the annoying side-effect I mention in https://forum.parallels.com/threads...itialization-failed.351463/page-6#post-885794, but I guess for most users that is not an issue.

I have this problem with my MacBook Pro Big Sur 11.3.1 and Parallels desktop Version 16.5.0 (50692)
I tried to solve by setting <UseKextless> 0 </UseKextless> but the problem persists with Ubuntu, Fedora and Kali
I can't get a virtual machine with working network. How can I solve?

I thought it might be related to some old piracy attemp. Fixed after clean install
