Network Path Error?

My boss cannot get Windows 7 to run. A network error appears (See screen shot 1) followed by the details in screen shot 2). We are using Parallels 6 (up to date) on Mac Pro 2.8 quad core with 8 Gb RAM, under OS X 10.6.8. Apparently no changes were made to the machine prior to this occurrence. I have read elsewhere in the forums about uninstalling Parallels Tools, but it appears that Windows must actually open for that to be possible; in my case, Windows will not run at all.

Any suggestions? Is this a reinstall everything situation?

First screen shot shows in a Network Error window, "Windows cannot access \\psf\Home\Desktop Check the spelling of the name. Otherwise, there might be a problem with your network. To try to identify and resolve network problems, click Diagnose Error code: 0x80070035 The network path was not found."

The second screen shot shows in a Windows Network Diagnostics window, "Make sure the computer or device is turned on and connected to the network Windows can't find "psf". If the computer or device you are trying to reach is nearby, make sure it is turned on and connected to the network. Otherwise, contact your network administrator for assistance."

Update: Windows 7 will open. I now believe this is a case of a missing "Parallels Shared Folders" in the Local Area Connection Properties/Networking list. However, the instructions to install the Parallels Shared Folders are lacking--they seem to want a file from an installation disk that I do not have (we have downloaded applications only). Where can I find the file to install?

Parallels shared folders are not to be installed separately - it is a part of Parallels Tools. All you need to do is to install /reinstall Parallels tools.
