Hello Parallels,
I am using Parallel Desktop 16. I have 2 Guest OS on my Mac Big Sur. One is Windows 10 and the other is Ubuntu 19.10; The Ubuntu 19.10 has been running fine until today. (I haven't started it for a few months). I am surprised it cannot get online while Windows10 is OK. I checked further and noticed that the Network Device has disappeared from the Ubuntu Settings.
Furthermore, I check the Parallel Settings for the Ubuntu VM, and found that the 'Network' item under 'Hardware' is not present. And I counter check the Windows 10 VM, and it's there as expected.
I tried updating to Parallel Desktop 16.5; and I rebooted the Mac. The problem persists! Has anyone else ran into this problem? Any suggestions?
