new installation hurdles

i have a 2 technical concerns:
1) which program? all i want is maximum speed to run the pc program TradeStation with 35 charts open and responding in real time. i bought the desktop standard annual subscription to start because that seemed to be the only way to ask anyone a question. is the program any faster with pro?

2) i am buying the program because i had to upgrade my vmware fusion, and then my windows from 7 to 10, when my MacBook pro 2015 (16gb ram, 1 TB flash storage, 2.5 ghz quad core intel i7) auto-updated to big sur. now fusion is painfully slow and i am hoping parallels will be faster. can i install parallels while fusion is also installed? how do i migrate my vmware fusion windows 10, with its applications, to parallels?

then i have a few logistical concerns:
is it even possible to call support? the page instructs me, before calling, to register my 30-digit key #, but when i try to, i get an "invalid key" response. tried this on safari and firefox. i tried copying and pasting. i tried hand entering the digits. no luck.
so i got a support ticket number and tried to call support only to get a recorded "this ticket number is invalid" response. tried this 3 times. the 3 ticket numbers show on my support page, but don't allow me to call in. i have the renewing subscription plan which, i thought, entitled me to support. did i get that wrong?
so i tried chat. that opens a window with "chat" at the top and no prompts, no place for me to type, no message from an agent. tried this on both safari and firefox (latest versions for both)

i have spent hours on this today and can't get to first base.
