New installation on Macbook Air fails

I purchased and downloaded ParallelsDesktop-8.0.18608.898384.dmg to my MacBook Air running Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5 (11G63). After download, I double-clicked the dmg file. I get an error every time. There does not seem to be any way to get help from the vendor. Can anyone assist? Screenshot of error below.

Re-download the file again, the download is incomplete, the file size is wrong, should be around 330 MB.
