New MacBook, trying to activate

I have a new Mac. Parallels Toolbox, for which I have a long-standing and currently paid for subscription, won't let me use the tools without entering a license key. I have searched through your help documents and the payment processor Cleverbridge site to find a way to get an Activation Key. The app shows that there is an active subscription and key, but needs me to re-enter it, I think. Please advise. Thanks.
