New Macbook with 16GB of RAM and 2.6Ghz i7 processor - how to config VM?

With my new MacBook spec as the host of my only Windows 7 64-bit VM, how should I configure the VM for best performance regarding the amount of RAM and processors? I currently have it set for 8GB of RAM and 4 processors. Thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
