Hello I upgraded parallels and tools for my Linux (Kubuntu) and found it freeeeeze when I change resolution and it takes 1min to recover.... ex) Full screen <--> window view <--> change window size I also checked - normal ubuntu and it's still OK but takes longer time to change resolution. - Kubuntu with Xorg is still OK but takes longer time to change resolution. - Fedora 38 Wayland (kernel 6.5.7-200) freeze same as Kubuntu Wayland I guess new blur effect is not good especially when it works in Wayland. I want to downgrade while.. how can I do it? Or Please let me disable this new feature!! Mac book Air M1 2020 Parallels 19.1.0 (54729) Kubuntu 23.10 (kernel 6.5.0-10, Plasma 5.27.8)
I also have an issue with blurring. Debian 12, KDE Plasma No matter how I try to resize (dragging window size or changing resolution via KDE desktop configuration) the entire VM blurs and then I'm stuck. Can't do anything
To clarify, the window does not blur WHEN i'm resizing but once I release the mouse button, the window blurs at that point and does not accept any other input. This has made my VM literally unusable
Thanks for your response. I gave up and had to rebuild on Ubuntu w/ KDE. Debian 12 w/ KDE doesn't seem to refresh screen - don't know why.
thank you support team, It was solved with new version. Now I can resize window without any freezing.
