what a bad experience nothing works what ever i try to do windows vm macchine just crashes , over and over!!!! tried to up date dt 16 , it crashed , if i leave it sat there it crashes. what an awful piece of software , can i get a refund , this is never suitable for use.

Running Parallels 16.1.3. System crashes 2-3 times per day. macOS Just locks up the machine, can't move the cursor, return to macOS, or anything. System Version: macOS 11.2.3 (20D91) Model Name: iMac Pro Model Identifier: iMacPro1,1 Processor Name: 10-Core Intel Xeon W Processor Speed: 3 GHz Number of Processors: 1 Total Number of Cores: 10 L2 Cache (per Core): 1 MB L3 Cache: 13.8 MB Hyper-Threading Technology: Enabled Memory: 64 GB System Firmware Version: 1554.80.3.0.0 (iBridge: 18.16.14347.0.0,0) Serial Number (system): ******** Hardware UUID: ***** Provisioning UDID: ****** Activation Lock Status: Disabled So not only do I lose my Windows' data and work, I lose whatever I was doing on macOS as well. This is beyond unacceptable. Seriously, do you guys not even use your own product? Given the number of crashes I seem to be experiencing per day, it's hard to image any level of testing would not have come across this (and I don't seem to be alone having these problems).
