New to parallel - several question

I just installed parallel to my macbook today. In my mac book ,bootcamp was already installed. In the parallel install interface,i use the bootcamp. So after install successfully, i realise when i start up in bootcamp or parallel ,the start up screen dont have window 7 logo ,and just have the loading bar ,is this normal? how to solve it?

when i first install ,they ask me to reactivate my window in bootcamp and parallel and i press later. However when i restart again later on, i got an alert,ask me to 'make window genious' and i press ,and from there whenever i restart no more alert asking me to activate my window, does this mean i have already activated?

Lastly ,my macbook is 4gb ram ,i realise parallel only take 1gb ram ,is this normal ? should i or any way to increase more ram to it?

My start up screen for bootcamp and parallel don't have window logo but just the loading bar ,is this normal?did I install correctly?

I'm not a huge Parallels expert, but this might point you in the right direction.

One of the Virtual Machine configuration options under Optimizations is "Tune Windows for speed". I believe that amongst other things, this removes the start animation on Windows. So if you have this ticked, it'll probably account for the Windows Logo being missing.

When you install bootcamp, you activate Windows. Then when you boot your Bootcamp partition with Parallels, Windows notices you have different hardware (as it's now virtual) and wants reactivation. As long as it's activated in both Bootcamp and Parallels, then Parallels should keep track of the activation and allow you to swap between Bootcamp and Parallels without reactivation. You can check Windows activation be clicking Start, right click Computer, properties and scrolling to the bottom of the window.

You can increase the RAM allocated to your virtual machine by right clicking it in the Virtual Machine list window and selecting Configure. The General tab allows you to increase the RAM allocated. Find a level that keeps both OS X and Windows happy!
