New version of Parallels 9.0.23140 will not load under Mavericks

Having a big problem - I updated to the latest version of Parallels (which has been working fine under Mavericks) and suddenly Parallels will not open. I even left it 'loading' for over twelve hours and all I get is:



Can anyone help me out? I really need to use Windows by Monday!
