New VM from Time Machine

I used to be able to make a new VM from a Time Machine backup. Is this still possible?

Yes, it is still possible to create a new VM from the Time Machine Back up & we are glad your issue is resolved.
You can find more info to restore your virtual machine after a Time Machine backup here, you can find your virtual machine's .pvm file in Finder as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/117333
