New windows (partially) blacked out

More often than not, when a new window is opened in my Windows 7 guest (coherence mode), whole or part of the new window is blacked out. I have to manually move the window before it displays ok. Any ideas why this is happening and how to fix it?

I reinstalled Parallels Tools, but this unfortunately does not fix it.

Please try un-installing and re-installing Parallels Desktop.
Note: Un-installing and re-installing Parallels Desktop does not affect the Windows Virtual Machine.

Could you please try different view modes available in Parallels, e.g. Coherence mode or Full screen mode.

@Dhruba, I think he has did the all possible way for same..Now he intact with same and talked with its support, I think he will get the exact solutions from support.

This seems related to coherence mode only.

You can try creating an empty Virtual Machine and mapping the Hard Drive, refer to this article, http://kb.parallels.com/121578
