Newbie question

I have tried installing and uninstalling Parallels Access several times but I can't, for the life of me, get it to view:
Macbook Pro - Surface Tablet, iPad
and in reverse.
Also, I can't figure out whether I need to buy licenses for all 3 (MacBook Pro, Windows Surface Tablet and Ipad).
What I am after is to be able to view all 3 (mackbook, Surface and Ipad). Ive spend several days on this and just about to give up. Ive tried Jumpdesk and not had much luck there either except I can view my laptop from my Surface table and Ipad. But not Surface - Ipad.

Can somebody please put me on the right track. Ive spend too much time of this now.

If you purchase a single subscription then you can install it on 5 PC's and access from multiple devices. You cannot access iPad using Parallels Access as it was not supported. Refer this article.
