I changed my Macbook and I want to use Parallels on new macbook.
But I get this message "Your Product license has reached the activation limit"
I want to deactivate my parallels 10 license. please help.

Hello, we've just reset your Parallels Desktop 10 license key, please check the issue.

it doesn't work ,still show"your product license has reached the activation limit". In my Account "active subscriptions" is zero and "remote computers" is still show the old MacBook.
