NIC extremly slow under parallels 6

Hi,

I just updated to parallels 6 and found, that my XP VM is running extremly slow.
This shows especially on all activities having the NIC involved.

For example: Downloading Firefox 4.0 setup is running at 10KB/s on my 25MBit DSL.
Having the same download at the same time from the OS X host (iMac i7) is running at 1,6MB/s

The same, if I try do copy some file from a mapped network drive - terrible slow.

I took the VM as it was under parallels 5 and did not change anything.
Under parallels 5 everything was working fine - at 6 it is not...

Did you find an answer? I have pretty much abandoned using Parallels. Would like to know how to return to version 5. Definitely won't upgrade to the next version.
