is this being worked on? i had a parallels tech log into my system and play around for over a hour, got no where, he said he was moving this up the chain, then i get a email from someone else telling me to try the steps the first tech already tried 10 times. then the bottom of that email said the issue is being marked as resolved! just updated to the latest version, but it still does not work!!! VMWare Fusion 8.0.2 works fine though
Hi David, we have carefully checked logs from provided reports and found some errors. Thus we have escalated the issue you reported to the Engineering Team and they are working to address it in one of the future builds of Parallels Desktop for Mac.
