No coherence in PD10; 'Phantom' screens only

Since upgrading to PD10, no windows or taskbar appear in coherence. I have a secondary display and it shows on neither the main or secondary, nor when I disconnect the secondary and just have the main laptop display. When I use Mission Control, I see the open Windows 7 application icons but only a blue 'phantom' square for the window itself (see this screen shot and this one.)

Coherence on a single or dual monitor setup has been working wonderfully on every version of PD prior to 10. Ideas? Suggestions?
