No Confirmation Email after Ordering

I just purchased Parallels desktop 7 for mac for about 1hr ago
66.98 $ was transacted from my credit cards
and nothing happen!
"Thank you for your order. Your order is being processed and you will be notified of the result shortly."

Another problem..
I try to registered with my hotmail Email and nothing happened --> no activation account email send to me
and when I changed my e-mail to gmail --> it work!

So I think my purchased with my hotmail account --> the system can't send activation code for me
please help me, I have already paid you for 66.98 $ and I want my activation key!
