No Desktop

So I boot up Windows XP and I get a blue screen. It doesn't appear to be the blue screen of death, just a blue screen w/no desktop as you can see in the attachment. Can this be resolved? Thanks.

Hi Robert, please click on Action menu > Stop > restart Windows Xp and let us know how it works.
