Hi all, Haven't had any luck downloading videos in Chrome or Safari. Safari Extension is grayed out also, so not sure how to enable it. Safe mode doesn't seem to change anything, Interestingly, I was able to download a couple of YouTube videos, but webpages, etc. don't work. I keep getting a video failed to download. The Safari extension is a troubleshooting step for me, as I mostly use chrome, but not seeing a chrome extension either. Wondering if that's the issue or not, but maybe someone here has had the same issue? Thanks!
