No Download and Safari Extension Also Grayed Out

Hi all,

Haven't had any luck downloading videos in Chrome or Safari. Safari Extension is grayed out also, so not sure how to enable it. Safe mode doesn't seem to change anything,

Interestingly, I was able to download a couple of YouTube videos, but webpages, etc. don't work. I keep getting a video failed to download. The Safari extension is a troubleshooting step for me, as I mostly use chrome, but not seeing a chrome extension either. Wondering if that's the issue or not, but maybe someone here has had the same issue?
