    Hello,

I installed parallels desktop and the toolbox.
I want to open the toolbox. I clicked on the icon in the menu and entered my license key.
Then I am supposed logon. I entered my email and the password.
I get the error message to check my inter net connection and try again.
I do have an internet connection and the logon values are correct.
Seems like a solid bug too me.
    Regards
    Andreas

Hi @AndreasV3 , please check if you have any firewall or Anti virus installed on you Mac. If yes, please try to disable it and check if that helps.

I'm having the same issue - Turning off the firewall doesn't help.

    Hmm, very funny.
Oner day later and now it works. There is no AV or firewall installed.
The only difference is that I am sitting now behind a different router.
My best guess is that it just took a while to register my license also for toolbox.

Folks, an issue was detected with Parallels Toolbox by our engineering team, and we just got an update from them that this has been resolved. For those still experiencing this problem, please quit Parallels Toolbox (click on the Parallels Toolbox icon in the Mac menu bar, then on the cogwheel icon in the upper right corner within the application interface, select 'Quit Parallels Toolbox' from the menu that appears), restart it and check for the issue.
