No Local Network seen while in Win7...Internet works Fine

I have just installed Parallels V7 onto my Macbook Pro, using Mountain Lion..All works great...except that I cannot see my local system
This means that while in Mac mode I see my Win 8 Sever and Win Main machine...But while flipping over into bootcamp Win 7 mode
I cannot see anytning except the Mac...I can use the internet while in Mac and while in Win 7...Bridged mode is greyed out and I am using shared mode


Help......!
 
Shut down Windows first before attempting to change network mode.
You can launch Parallels from /Applications/Parallels Desktop.app (holding down option) without starting the VM.
 
Thanks and thats Great I may be a little thick here, but ince the App is running (without VM) whats my next step. I need to have the nework viewable and useable while in Windows

Window > Virtual Machine List> right click > Configure > Hardware > Network

Did and have just (again) shut it down...still unable to access Bridged as its Greyed out!
