No login field on Windows 10

Hi there,
Was using Win10 on Parallels Desktop Pro for Mac (Really great product indeed)
Had a 4gb of memory.
While using Excel on my Office 365 Pro, loading a 1 000 000 lines files, Excel has crashed, the VM has to be stopped by closing Parallels App.
Now, no login prompt when launching Win10 VM
Have tried 'prlctl exec' commands on a terminal, F8 or F6 while starting

As per the screenshot, bottom right corner icon (Power button) select the option and restart.
After the restart, press Ctrl + Alt + Delete then log in Windows virtual machine.

After the restart, I cannot log in though I am doing the right combination of keys, as you can see upper right

Pressing shift button and restart your virtual machine will take you to the screen where you will put the option to choose the "Troubleshoot". You have to click on the Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart. When it is restarted, it will give you the option to enter the safe mode. After booting the virtual machine with safe mode, you will get prompted the password to login. You must log in and uncheck the "safe boot". Now, it will prompt to enter password to login.
If the above solution fails, please disconnect all the external devices connected to the virtual machine except mouse and keyboard and let us know how it works.
