No ? Marks; can't save files

Using Parallels 5 on Mac OSX. Ever since Parallels was installed, I have not been able to use the question mark character on any Windows software. I have to keep one on my Stickies and copy and paste. Any ideas?

Also, just recently a new problem has cropped up: when using Microsoft Office in Parallels I get an error message trying to save a file: '\\.psf\filename.doc' is currently in use. Try again later.

Any changes to the file are not saved. If I try saving to another name, I get the same error, so there's no way to save my work.

Mac OSX Version 10.6.2
Windows Vista Business SP 2
Microsoft Office Small Business - most updated version

Would love some suggestions!

I am having this same problem. I end up needing to do a 'save as' into a windows folder and then dragging the file across to my mac directory. Not ideal.

Has anyone found a solution to this?
