No networking in Windows 10 VM

I upgraded a 8.1 VM to Win10 and there is no networking adapters in the network panel. The adapters are in Device Manager and show up as working properly yet do not show up at all in the networking adapters folder. I tried reinstalling parallel tools and disabling and re-enabling the adapters in Device Manager all to no avail. Ideas?

Found the answer. Revert to 8.1 and removed VPN client installation. Re-install 10. After re-installed VPN client. All fixed

See the option of network adapter (ipv4, ipv6,..), probably are all disable. It's happen with me.
