No product key after renewal payment

Hello last year i subscribed for one year license, then recently i had to renew the license, but after payement through alipay i didnt receive any product key. as i checked in my alipay the payment was done already. Even when i tried to pay again i am redirected to the alipay page with a notice transaction has already been done. How can i get my renewed license fro this year? my payment Reference no: is 402373317.
