I am using Parallels 7 to run lion. The hosting OS is Snow Leopard. I loaded Lion on the vm using a DVD I made of the disk image.
Lion runs fine, but I noticed today that the sound does not work. In the lion system information, the audio section reads 'No Built in Audio'. I have a set up USB headphone, and when I plug those in, the audio comes through them fine.
The computer is a Mac Pro 4.1, with a 2.66 Xeon quad core, and in Snow Leopard, it list the internal audio as 'Intel High Definition Audio'.
Does anyone have a solution for this problem?
Thanks,
Alan
