No support code to be found

I've registered my key, account, and received the emails. I've followed the directions to locate the support code so I can get some support from parallels. I've registered on the forums so I can ask for a code to get support. Does anyone have a working support code that I could borrow so I can receive some support?

Hi LorneS1, you can find it if you log in at https://account.parallels.com/, click on Support, and then switch to Parallels Desktop tab. Please refer to this article for Parallels Support code.
