No Virtual USB Host for ALL printers

I have a lot of printers I connect to. I just switched from an Intel core i9 MacBook to the new M2 Pro. Used the migration tool on the Mac side, but of course with Windows I have to manually reinstall everything. Unfortunately, I keep getting this message and it just locks the machine until I click "OK" and then another one comes up for the next printer, and another, and another. Sooooooo frustrating.

Here's the message:
The USB device cannot be connected.
There are no virtual USB host controller ports available in "Windows 11" for the "Virtual Printer (Peggy & Alan's EPSON ET-4550)" device to be connected.

Anyone know how I can resolve this? I'm on the current version of Parallels running the ARM version of Windows 11. Thanks.

The situation you are faced with is related to the fact that in a Virtual Machine there are restrictions on the number of USB devices per USB 2.0 15 devices.

You can find more information about restrictions in Virtual Machines in the article: https://kb.parallels.com/120658

As possible solution, please perform the following steps:

1. Shut down the Virtual Machine.

2. Open the virtual machine's Configuration (https://kb.parallels.com/117287) > Hardware > Shared Printers > uncheck "Share Mac printers with Windows"

3. Run the Virtual Machine.
